Ordered 2 size 50" girths. Merchant sent 2 girths marked as size 50" that measure 44" buckle to buckle. And, I am being charged return shipping to send back the mismarked girths! I ordered the correct size. It was not my error but I am being penalized. The merchant did refund the shipping.

I have known Merance for several years now, but before meeting her, I had been a customer of Adams Horse Supply since 2004. The first saddle that I purchased with my own money as a young teenager came from here, so Adams has sentimental value to me as well. Being a fellow professional in this type of business, it is so nice to deal with another business who is honest and provides great customer service. I appreciate having Adams as a resource for everything equine and pet related, and they always have a huge selection of everything. Over half of my collection of blankets for my horse has come from here, and it was so great to receive excellent products at the best prices on the market. I have had nothing but positive experiences and highly recommend shopping here.

NYC doesn’t have “everything” - unable to find the helmet I wanted - or any helmet - locally from the only retail store, I tried other places where it was out of stock or on back order. Telephoned Adams and spoke to a helpful person who confirmed product was in stock & arranged overnight delivery. That was yesterday. Thanks to you helmet, arrived today, & I’m so happy. Well deserved 5 stars!
